Annual comprehensive maintenance of following passenger lifts with ARD which includes routine preventive & break down maintenance i/c repair/replacement of worn out parts, warranty and guarantee of repaired/ replaced parts, complete with UPS dry cell batteries, fans and fixtures i/c lamps etc installed in lift machine room and lift shaft, emergercy rescue devices (ERD), control equipments for A.C variable voltage control system, automatic group supervisory control of rated speed of 1.5m/sec with steel car having centre opening, power operated steel doors as per inventory and terms & conditions enclosed. 15 passengers Johnson Lift (1020 kg) - 13 opening --- 1No. (For 1st Year)
