M & L for Repair / maintenance / Servicing of Water coolers of any type with replacement of defective minor spare parts such as connector, burn contol copper cable, copper thimbles etc or if any other required minor spares at AF Stn Wadsar including taking out old u/s water cooler with disconnecting electrical / mechanical connection and transporting to workshop for repairing if reqd & testing after repair entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and transporting back , fixing to its original location complete with making electical connection complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Defective major components/spares if required to be replaced shall be measured as S&F in replacement under respective item 24.02 to 24.15 here-in-after.

Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partition walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.
