OD51152/2025-2026:Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract of 5-15 HP Vacuum motor pump set , D.O.L starter ,controlling electrical accessories , etc including attending all repairs , reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , dismantling and refitting , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling of pump, maintenance of the motor pump sets , pipes , starter and valves electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition(excluding motor rewinding, works arrived due to natural and man made disaster like flood, landslide etc)all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed

Annual maintenance service contract for the Building management systems (BMS) and facility monitoring system listed below in the server room. The item to includes providing skilled technical staff & unskilled staff as required for monthly inspection and quarterly servicing & preventive maintenance of the system which covers functional checking, necessary adjustment & settings. the item also includes attending Break down immediately as specified and maintenance i.e. fault finding, repairing of defective parts and functional checking of the system. All the above works shall be executed as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge and rport for the same shall be produced immediately.
