Providing skilled BMS Operator/technical persons 24 x 7 (8 our/person/day)having experience of handling Server room BMS facility. The person employed shall have adequate knowledge of operating all the BMS, Fire detection and protection, access control, WLD, PAC etc all systems installed in server room. The item includes maintaining and operating the system, making the reports regularly and keeping the temperature and humidity to required level, regular checking of the system and producing the reports to the Engineer in Charge. any defect observed in the system shall be informed immediately to the Engineer in charge as well as shall be repaired by the agency.
