Terms and Conditions 1. This comprehensive contract covers preventive & corrective maintenance of A.C. machine / spare parts as required so as keeping the A.C. machine operative / functioning round the clock for the AC machines as per attached inventory list. 2. The contractor has to depute an Air-condition Mechanic & Helper (including suitable substitute for him on leave) for 1-shift per day during the time period from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on all days including Govt. Holidays to supervise all type of maintenance of AC machines, all reading/measurements and also take preventive measures/action in case of any type of abnormalities/fault found in A.C. machines as well as cope up with any kinds of fatal accident i.e., causing of fire break-out arising out of A.C. machines. 3. The AC Mechanic should have I.T.I. in Refrigeration & Air-conditioning from any authorized institute and minimum 2 years of working experience (The Agency has to provide necessary certificates before issuance of Final Acceptance). Unskilled Personnel / Helper should have also exposure in the field of Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration. This should be treated as mandatory.

Taking down flate-plate solar collector storage solar water heater of capacity upto 250ltr, dismantling inner tank and outer tank, pipe assembly, cleaning thoroughly with descaling liquid compound complete to ensure free and constant flow of water through outlet, welding of inner tank if required at site, laser/ultrasonic welding for bonding fin and raiser tube, repair of copper bracing for bonding of header and raiser making leak proof, repair & repalcement of back and side insulation material, rethreading of inlet/outlet pipe 20 mm dia, reassembling the same after replacing u/s items i.e. heating element, thermostete, toughned glass, connection pipe with clamp etc. at existing location including necessary fasteners to ensure proper safety as reqd at site, repair/welding of MS structure for collector stand, testing and commissioning after re-installation at site complete all as specified. Note: Spare parts (heating element, thermostete, toughned glass, connection pipe with clamp) will be measured and paid separately under respective items as supply only as mentioned below.
