OD247455/2025-2026:Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract of 1-3 HP Vacuum motor pump set , D.O.L starter ,controlling electrical accessories , etc including attending all repairs , reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , dismantling and refitting , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling of pump, maintenance of the motor pump sets , pipes , starter and valves electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition(excluding motor rewinding, works arrived due to natural and man made disaster like flood, landslide etc)all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed.

OD247158/2025-2026: Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of 61-110 HP Slip ring induction motor with split case / End suction pump set , controlling electrical accessories ,panel board,etc including attending all repairs ,overhauling & reconditioning of starter and slip ring unit, replacing of damaged coupling bush, carbon brush and coupling bolts, refilling of oil, reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling and maintenance of pump and motor through out the year as required ( excluding motor rewinding, works arrived due to natural and man made disaster like flood, landslide etc and starter AMC) and maintain the motor pump sets starter , electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed .

PHASE - I Design, Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of electrically operated passenger lift (06 passengers) (gearless Machine) for 400 Kg capacity, with a speed of 0.40 mtr/sec adjustable to serve up to top floor of diving tank, with single speed motor 230 Volts, single phase, AC 50 Hz, with variable voltage & variable frequency drive ( VVVF drive) complete with all standard accessories, simplex automatic and mannual dual controlled operation with/without attendant, centre opening doors with door drive ( Electric motor driven mechanisam), sliding glass doors , car design with stainless steel silver sky finish and stainless steel support, Automatic rescue device (ARD) system, 2 D infrared sensor in full height of door & built in announcing system with hand set ( 03 Nos, one each in car & near ground floor landing) complete including Electrical control panel, electric power cable from nearest suitable LT Panel and steel structural complete fabrication works to install at open space including covering with ACP sheets of minimum thickness of 4.5 mm etc as per site requirement complete all as per OEM recommendations and as directed by EIC with following specifications :-
