Sub Head -Comprehensive Maintenance Contract for Four months for Fire Alarm System installed in various NDMC Buildings i.e. Palika Kendra, Mayur Bhawan, Chanakya Bhawan, NDMC Barat Ghars, Dispensary etc
Comprehensive Maintenance Contract for the Addressable / Conventional Fire Alarm and Detection Systems installed at the buildings listed below, including 01 visit per month for each building, as well as visits whenever required in case of any defect in the system of any below listed buildings. The services shall be carried out by team consisting of two Engineer, two Technician, and 04 Nos. Helper, with the objective of keeping the system functional round the clock. The scope of work includes servicing, maintenance, testing and cleaning of the system—both internally and externally. The technical staff of the agency i.e. Engineer and technician shall also provide basic training to the fire staff on the operation and basic upkeepment / maintenance of the Fire Alarm system. All maintenance work shall be carried out to the entire satisfaction of and as per the directions of the Fire Officer/Engineer In Charge for the buildings listed below:
