13/NDMC/2025-26 (2nd Call)

Comprehensive Maintenance Contract for the Addressable / Conventional Fire Alarm and Detection Systems installed at the buildings listed below, including 01 visit per month for each building, as well as visits whenever required in case of any defect in the system of any below listed buildings. The services shall be carried out by team consisting of two Engineer, two Technician, and 04 Nos. Helper, with the objective of keeping the system functional round the clock. The scope of work includes servicing, maintenance, testing and cleaning of the system—both internally and externally. The technical staff of the agency i.e. Engineer and technician shall also provide basic training to the fire staff on the operation and basic upkeepment / maintenance of the Fire Alarm system. All maintenance work shall be carried out to the entire satisfaction of and as per the directions of the Fire Officer/Engineer In Charge for the buildings listed below:

Replacement / Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of sector panel suitable for following zones, complete with visual indications for short circuit fault, open circuit fault, fire condition and all other short circuit fault, open circuit fault, fire condition and all other standard facilities as per IS:2189 with mimic diagram for all area/zone covered, complete with all connections, interconnections as required.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of smoke detector with builtin LED and mounting base complete with all connections etc. as required.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of manual call boxes of MS construction in surface/recess with stainless steel chain & hammer assembly complete with glass and push button etc. as required.

Replacement/Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning response indicator on surface/recess MS box having two LEDs metallic cover complete with all connections etc. as required

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning fire alarm sounder with facility to make announcement, mounted in M.S.box (16 SWG) with hinged cover plate & suitable for operation with amplifier i/c line matching transformer etc. complete as required.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of intelligent analog addressable photothermal detector complete with mounting base complete as required

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of addressable manual call point complete as required

Supplying, installation, testing & commisssioning of intelligent addressable programmable sounder complete as required

Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Loop Interface Module compatible with existing BOSCH Addressable Fire Alarm System, suitable for loop extension and integration with control panel, including all required accessories, wiring, and terminations, complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Replacement/P/F/T/C of Emergency Lights (16/20W x 2 Nos.) Twin LED emergency Swivel type Beam Lights having minimum 90 Minutes and upto 5 Hours Battery Backup, Made out of CRCA/MS Powder Coated Sheet as per manufacturer’s Design, 12V, 7AH SMF Battery, Overcharging and Low Battery Protection, Fuse suitable for operation on 230V 50 Hz AC Supply etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Fire Officer.

Providing and Fixing of Exit / Escape Route Signages / Safety instruction Board /Emergency Contact Plates/Evacuation Plan to be made of 3 mm +/- 10 % Aluminum composite panel with photo luminescent self glowing signages in desired text/ graphics fixed with mounting tape, steel screw which ever is required etc. complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge/Fire Officer.
