Supplying and fixing RCC collar (300 mm dia) for tree plantation

Providing approved variety of vetiver plantation certified by The Vetiver Network International (TVNI) or its affiliate in India including pouching of tiller with selected soil for agricultural use mixed with farmyard manure in 8”x 6” poly pouch, maintaining the pouched plants for at least 1(one) month with application of growth promoter, fertilizer, watering, weeding etc., dressing of the area of plantation, planting the pouched plants as per design approved by The Vetiver Network International (TVNI) or its affiliate in India. (Excluding jungle clearance, earth work in trimming, cutting, filling etc.) and Maintenance of the vetiver plants by watering, pruning, weeding, mulching, application of manure, fertilizer, growth promoter etc. for 4 (four) months after completion of plantation.

Flat Bottom type Over Head Tank:- Geotechnical investigation, Detailed Structural Engineering Design (Water retaining structure shall be designed by working stress method confirming IS 3370-2009) , Construction of Flat Bottom Type RCC Over Head Tank supported on RCC Beam Column Structure of sufficient staging height, resting on open foundation designed for Safe Bearing Capacity of 15 t/m2 or as per the soil investigation report which ever is less. The cost shall be all inclusive of supply, erection and construction, all testing, disinfecting and commissioning of reservoir, maintenance gallery, Circular type spiral Stairs upto 15 m height and Dog-legged stairs for the height more than 15m, MS ladders with cage (maintenance gallery to top of dome & stairs last landing to maintenance gallery), Aluminum ladder (from manhole to inside the tank), manhole frame with cover, handrail (around roof, maintenance gallery, up to manhole & along spiral stairs/Dog-legged stairs), water proofing treatment of tank (polymer modified slurry coating), painting all exterior concrete surfaces with weather shield emulsion paint, providing ultrasonic level sensor and a mechanical float type water level indicator, piping arrangement with K-9 flanged D.I. pipes for inlet/s and outlet/s, flushing and overflow (over flow connected to the outlet) with flexible joints, DI sluice valves for inlet, outlet and scour, sluice valve chambers, Float Valve, Flow meter chamber, surface drain, lightning arrestor with two earth pits, landscaping, construction of compound wall (2.10 m height above FGL) of length 50m with gates, dressing up of area, construction of roads (CC as per MoRTH specifications of 3.75 m width & specified length as per Site condition) inside and outside the premises, construction of Security Cabin with toilet block (minmum 13 Sq.m), lighting arrangement inside the premises etc. complete in all respect as per Standard specifications, satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.
