M & L for sunken floor water proofing treatment as follows :- (a) complete remvoing of existing treatment and cleaning of dust removal to all loose existing sunkenfloor any material manually and with heat task gun to get smooth plain finished surface including removing of vegetation/plantation with no loose material surface. (b) Repair all joints and cracks with highly elastic bituminous cold applied putty of tarplastic having penteration after setting upto 8mm thick. (c) leveling of surface to give peoper slope will be done as per site requriments with shalipatch or equivalent make as approved by GE. (d) Apply cold bituminous mortar and cold emoulsion cum water proofing liquid of shalikote T-10 or equivalent make as approved by GE to create SSD condition on surface with water. (e) Prime the suface with Tarfelt LM or equivalent make as approved by GE mixed with portable water in the ratio of 1:1 and apply @ 400gm per Sqm (as per surface condition) (f) Apply first coat of Tarfelt LM or equivalent make as approved by GE having alongwith 200% conforming to ASTM-C-412 & having crack bridging of 8mm conforming to ASTM-C-836 with tensile strength after. (g) After 7 days apply 0.50mm conforming to ASTM C 412 with no diluation water on primed surface is still tacky with consumption of 700gm Sqm Lay Geotex of 45 GSM fiber mesh simultaneousaly and paste it properly with overlap of 50mm. (h) Allowed first coat to dry for 10 to 12 hrs. (i) Apply 2nd coat on cured first coat with consumption @ 70gm /Sqm in opposite direction of first coat by brush and roller. (j) Allow it to dry 10 to 12 hrs. (k) Allowed 3rd coat to dry for 10 to 12 hrs. (l) Ensure final curing time of 36 hrs before allowing /carring out any further work. (m) Conduct ponding test after minimum 7 days. (n) Apply 2 coats of U V resistand Elastomeric exterior axcrylic weather resistance water proof coating of shalicry 215 or eauivalent make as approved by GE having elongation of 300%. (o) After curing of 14 days conforming to ASTM D-6083 for UV protection of bituminous Elastomeric acrylic emolisified liquid memberance of Tarfelt LM or equivalent make as approved by GE to give long life and prevent its deterioration from sunlight. Note Application of water proofing treatment will be done by authorised applicator only.

Removing of vegetation / plantation on the wall/ roof/ any position of up to double storey building including necessary scaffolding and roots, girth n. exc. 10cm each and applying chemical treatment with GLYPHOSATE 41% and making good of surface incl removing /refixing of CI/GI pipe lines complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Brick work, plaster and CI/GI pipe lines shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fixing of precast grass concrete Paver Block any shape and size of 60 mm thickness set on compacted earth and joined with suitable earth including supply and plantation of grass selection I variety by dibbling root method complete including all the materials, labour, T&P, manure, fertilizers, other additives etc required for the activities for completion of said work and also shown in the note here-in-below:- Note: The following activities are to be carried out at site for planting of grass and the rate quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of same, including necessary material, labour and T&P complete : (a) Anti-termite treatment : Providing and spraying BHC powder over soil over the area / lawn where grass to be provided (b) Dressing and levelling the soil to the required gradient and slope on completion of operation as mentioned in (a) above. (c) Well decayed Okhala manure in the proportion 3:1 (3 part soil : 1 part manure) shall be mixed with soil where grass to be planted. (d) Poring of water as required till completion of Phase-I work

Material & Labour for preparation of roof top surface for roof treatment using application of water proofing treatment by authorised applicator complete all as specified and as directed and comprising of the following:- (a) Preparation of roof top surfaces and cleaning all the dust and loose material by brush/blower/grinder including removing of vegetation/plantation from the surface and providing and applying single component elastic cold applied polyurethene modified acrylic roofing system, co-elastic technology (CET) based on modified polyurethene and fully fibre reinforced, having sun reflectivity index(SR) of 109 on top of concrete roof surfaces. (b) All cracks upto 3mm at corner joints, channel and parapets shall treated with crack seal. (c) Applying three coats incuding one coat of primer of polyurethene membrane having coverage @ min 0.75kg/sqm and dilution upto 10% and laying reiforced fibre net and applying two coats for maintaining minimum dry film thickness 1.5mm and elongation at break of free fall of apprx 350% (d) The material shall be appplied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as directed. (Note: 6hrs interval between two coat shall be maintained) (e) All auxillary and accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufacturer as part of system.
