Removing of vegetation / plantation on the wall/ roof/any position, of up to double storey building including necessary scaffolding upto 15m height and roots, girth n.exc 10cm each and making good of surface by applying chemical treatment with GLYPHOSATE 41% including removing /refixing of CI/GI pipe lines complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Brick work, plaster and CI/GI pipe lines shall be measured and paid separately

For STP 1 : Removing old membrane and providing, supplying, installing, fixing, erecting and commissioning of the Submerged Membrane Bio Reactor (SMBR) system membrane for domestic wastewater treatment with a capacity of 500 KLD (operating 20 hours/day) and integrating with the existing plant with the required pipeline work and disposal of old membrane with suitable method outside the BBMP limits. The system shall incorporate hollow fibre membranes made of reinforced PVDF material, with a nominal pore size of 0.04 micron to 0.05 micron and a hydrophilic nature. The membranes shall be capable of operating with MLSS up to 15,000 mg/L and an allowable transmembrane pressure (TMP) range of ±0.5 bar. Treated water quality shall be suitable for horticulture, car washing, and flushing applications meeting the tretaed water parameters of KSPCB and CPCB, Including supplying all fixing accessories, air scouring system, labour, cranes, materials, suitable solenoid and actuator valve on existing production and backwash pipe lines to achieve auto operation of the plant and supply of appropriate chemicals required for regular membrane cleaning and maintenance for 2 years/ till end of AMC , complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. A minimum warranty of the membranes as per the tender conditions is required . Suitable software to be installed in PLC to acheive auto operations of plant. Operation and Maintenance of 2Nos STP of 15MLD each based on SBR Technology [with a Total Combined Capacity of 30MLD of Phase-I and Phase-II STPs] at Dadri Road Bhiwani Town, Complete in all respects, including salary and expenses of all type of operating and supervisory staff required for operating of S.T.P., Maintenance of all type of existing Plant and Machinery ,Electric Panel Boards, repair of all type existing Lab Equipment ,civil structure, furniture, I.T. Devices and equipment`s,all electrical and mechanical equipment`s, Cutting of grass and maintenance of Horticulture,Cost of pushing/relaying Online analyzer data and other required data to HSPCB and CPCB servers on 24x7basis in a way/format as desired by HSPCB and CPCB. And Including Preventive Maintenance of all assets of STP including servicing of D.G. Sets. Including Cost of all type of Consumable items, chemicals, reagents,cost of daily sample testing at STP lab along with day to day running of lab and maintaining records as per latest CPCB and HSPCB Norms and Testing of Samples on monthly basis from third party NABL approved Lab as per sampling procedure laid down by BIS/ISO, Complete in all aspect but excluding Cost of Electricity Bills and Cost of Diesel required for running DG sets for STP which will be provided by Department, after request by Contractor 3days in advance anticipating needs of STP. (i) For 1st year during defect liability period after 3 months trial run period
