Day to Day Civil and Horticulture Maintenance of BSNL Bhawan Premises at Unit-II Ashok Nagar Bhubaneswar for the FY-2026 27
Carrying out horticulture maintenance operation of BSNL Bhawan compund and its front area consisting of : (1)Watering of plants daily, (2)Cultivation and weeding of planter beds and lawns fortnightly. (3)Cleaning of planter beds daily, (4)Applying manure/ Fertiliser/ Pesticide/ Termicide as per requirement, (5)Planting of seasonal flower plants as per approved pattern, (6)Top dressing of planter boxes etc. with soil &/or manure, (7) Repair and replacement of diseased/ dead plants, (8)Levelling of planter beds etc. as per requirement, (9)Care and protection of outdoor and indoor potted plants and trees as needed, (10) providing all T&P, flexible PVC pipes with accessories for watering etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The Contractor shall use departmental water free of cost. The cost of new plants, manure/ fertiliser, presticide/ termicide, good eath shall be paid by the department.
