SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF TECHNICAL TEXTILE LABORATORY MACHINE/EQUIPMENT
1. Instrument should precisely measure the liquid management properties of performance and technical fabrics, ensuring the comfort and protection that consumers demand. 2. Machine must comply with AATCC 195 and GB/T 21655.2-2019 test standards 3. Upper and lower sensors should be pure gold plated copper pins 4. Machine must have provision for automatic liquid dosing for test solution dispensing (0.22 cc in 20sec) or adjustable. 5. Instrument must be able to test the sample under known stretch percentage up to 50% stretch. 6. At least five samples of stretch sample clamping ring to be provided with the instrument. 7. The parameters that the machine must be able to measure are - Absorption Rate for top and bottom surfaces, Accumulative One-Way Transport Capacity, Max Wetted Radius for top and bottom surfaces, Wetting Time for top and bottom surfaces, Spreading Speed top and bottom surfaces, Accumulative one-way transport index/capability, Overall Moisture Management Capacity 8. Necessary software required for handling and controlling the instrument must be supplied with the machine. Software should be able to grade the test results per AATCC, GB requirements, plus one custom 9-Grade system; and to qualitatively categorize the test samples into one of the 7-type fabric types viz., Water proof fabric, Water repellent fabric, Slow absorbing and slow drying fabric, Fast absorbing and slow drying fabric, Fast absorbing and quick drying fabric, Water penetration fabric, Moisture management fabric 9. The machine must be supplied with sufficient amount of verification fabric for routine checking the performance of the tester, and do adjustment to the tester. 10. The machine must be supplied with Conductivity Meter with Calibration Solution, Conductive Rubber Matt, Standard Testing Solution, Spare Silicon tube, 2 Power Cables, USB Cable, Spare Fuse, Sentinel Hardware Key, USB Disk for Instruction Manual and MMT Software. 11. Instrument should be supplied with PC for results to be collected and stored on a PC. Compatible latest computer system (All in One, i7 latest generation with monitor of 22 inch) with latest Windows preinstalled software with appropriate platform and Scanner Copier printer. 12. Necessary online UPS system with battery should be supplied with the machine 13. OEM should have installed at least 90 numbers of same machine and proper documentary proof has to be submitted along with the bid.
