Note 1: Payment Limitation for Part A (Design & Pre-Construction Stage upto award of EPC contracts and Services during execution stage) i) The fee quoted by the PMC for Part A (Design & Pre-Construction Stage upto award of EPC contracts and Services during execution stage) shall not exceed twenty-five percent (25%) of the total consultancy fees quoted for Part A, Part B and Part C combined. ii) In the event the PMC quotes a fee for Part A exceeding twenty-five percent (25%) of the total consultancy fees quoted for Part A, Part B and Part C combined, the payment for Part A (i) – Services up to Award of EPC Contract shall be restricted to sixty percent (60%) of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total consultancy fees quoted for Part-A, Part-B and Part-C combined or sixty percent (60%) of the quoted fees for Part-A, whichever is minimum. iii) The balance amount of the fee under Part A, shall not be payable prior to the commencement of construction works and shall be released only under Part A(ii) – Services During Construction, on a pro-rata basis in proportion to the financial progress achieved by the EPC Contractor during the execution period, as certified by the AAI. iv) The PMC shall not be entitled to claim any additional payment for services under Part-A(i) beyond the limit specified above, notwithstanding the fee quoted in its financial proposal. Note 2: In case period of deployment of any personnel is less than one month, payment shall be made on pro-rata basis of man-month quote. b) Escalation: No escalation payment shall be payable.

Day to day Operation & maintenance of Fire Protection System (Round the clock) & Deputation of Skilled Manpower at least twice a month for intensive checking of all the pumps installed for firefighting system including sequential operation of those pumps to check the performance of each pumps. The job includes checking of all valves and other instruments installed inside pump house and making necessary nominal rectifications/repair/replacement viz. gland packings, nut,bolts washers, gaskets etc, if required to ensure proper functionality of the fire pumps. Storage of diesel to be checked and refilling to be done whenever necessary to ensure smooth operation of Diesel Engine driven pump during emergency.Mock Drill for fire pumps both in AUTO & MANUAL operations to be conducted during the visit in every fortnight and report of the test to be submitted to PWD for record. Video Photography of mock drill and diesel refilling to be submitted to PWD Engineer for the record purpose. i) Fire Pump exists in fire pump house at 100 bedded Covid Hospital at Nayagram Super Specialty Hospital -----1 Job

22 The Agency shall abide by the provisions of Employees Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act & Rules there under, ESI Act, the Contract Labour (R&A) Act and Workmen’s Compensation Act. It should have enrolled the eligible employees working with the IT Manpower Agency and remitted the required contributions at applicable rates to the concerned authorities regularly.
