Necessary starters suitable for Indoor & outdoor unit complete with O/L ,U/V, phase reversal protection, single phase preventors i/c copper conductor control and power cable and drain pipe of suitable size and length etc complete as required. The total cooling capacity/heating capacity of tested unit shall have a capacity as per relevant IS code. The lab testing reports as per IS: 8148 shall be submittedfrom National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) accredited as per ISO/International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 17025 standards / Central Power Research Institute (CPRI)/Electrical Research and Development Association (ERDA)with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) etc. complete as per CPWD specification as required. Pumping machinery (2W+1S) and operation of chlorination system, valves, compound lighting arrangement & all accessories and ancillaries including supply of lubricants & sundry materials by engaging skilled, semi-skilled and un-skilled workers round the clock (three shift of operation) including up-keepment of entire installation along with ssweeping & Scavenging of the Pump House complex on daily-basis for maintaining highest level of cleanliness and sanitation at Pumping Station as per direction of the EIC.Rate are inclusive of Cess @1% ESIC @3.25% & EPF@13% (w.e.f. 01/02/2026 to 31/01/2027)
