Transporting the scaffolding material to work spot providing the scaffolding arrangement inside the condenser1600 NB inlet Left side inlet pipe line from ‘0’ meter area to below 5 mtr area upto before the debris filter outlet 1600NB flange at inner surface area and removal of scaffolding arrangement after completing the work of including cost of consumables & T&P's.

Overhauling of MS strainer by cutting the header pipe lines, dismantling the strainer screen, sealing segments, bottom plate, remove the old sealing ring, transporting the strainer removing fixture and preparing, positioning the fixture and renewal of jammed/ damaged studs in bottom of the strainers by enlarging all the six holes and make new threads and fix the new stud with nuts in the threaded holes. Inspecting and polishing the seating area of blanking device and housing, preparation of new strainer gasket. DPT checking of blanking device and strainer element welding, assembling the strainer element. After complete overhauling of strainer and assembling the same in intact position through supporting fixture with new grafoil gasket. Assembling the dummy cover, tightening the studs, welding the drain line pipe by IBR welder. Including the cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P’s. (The new grafoil sealing ring required for the above work has to be supplied by the contractor).

Charges for Arresting the Boiler Feed Pump Suction pipe line Dia 268 and 28mm thickness and releasing it after works. Including consumables, Transportation and hire charges of T&P's.

Dismantling and re-erection of NB 600 NB seawater inlet Straight pipe line to the Self-cleaning strainer A & B by providing necessary supports in the inlet Straight pipe line and Self-cleaning strainer shell, including consumables & T&P's.
