Overhauling of MS strainer by cutting the header pipe lines, dismantling the strainer screen, sealing segments, bottom plate, remove the old sealing ring, transporting the strainer removing fixture and preparing, positioning the fixture and renewal of jammed/ damaged studs in bottom of the strainers by enlarging all the six holes and make new threads and fix the new stud with nuts in the threaded holes. Inspecting and polishing the seating area of blanking device and housing, preparation of new strainer gasket. DPT checking of blanking device and strainer element welding, assembling the strainer element. After complete overhauling of strainer and assembling the same in intact position through supporting fixture with new grafoil gasket. Assembling the dummy cover, tightening the studs, welding the drain line pipe by IBR welder. Including the cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P’s. (The new grafoil sealing ring required for the above work has to be supplied by the contractor).
