Charges for Servicing/ Renewal of Mechanical Seals of BFP's Booster Pump: Renewal/ Servicing of DE/NDE Mechanical seals & renewal of CW Jacket ‘O’ rings of BFP BP. Work Involves: a) De-coupling the feed pump, dismantling the oil and water lines, dismantling the DE / NDE side bearing assembly, mechanical seals etc. b) Renewal of Cooling water jacket “O” rings by removing cooling water jacket from DE/NDE side of BFP BP using puller arrangement. C) Re-assembling the bearing housing, journal bearing & Mechanical Seals after servicing and assembling, renewal of gaskets for oil lines, checking oil clearance and other allied works, including consumables and T & P's.

Charges for overhauling of HP By Pass valve by decoupling the servo valve actuator, removal of water injection spray nozzle from its position by cutting the pipe and loosening the coupling bolts. Removal of the stem of BP valve, inspection, replacing of placing the stem if necessary/ rectification of defective stem by lapping the stem to match with the seating surface and reassembling in sequence coupling the valve stem with the servo and checking the operation. The above work includes supply and replacement of gland packing rings, sealing rings and welding of connecting pipes wherever required. Charges including the cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P.

Charges for fixing of G.I plain sheet with new/old done over the insulation in unit I, II & III - De-aerator & feed storage tank casing & its connected pipe lines, CD valves, LPH 1,2&3 casing, HPH 5&6 casings, Boiler feed pump discharge lines, recirculation lines, HPH drip lines, Extraction lines and where ever required in turbine auxiliaries areas. Including consumables, Transportation and hire charges of T&P's.

Charges for OVERHAULING of Auxiliary steam SAFETY VALVE in Deaerator Floor: (CRH) This work comprises of dismantling, cleaning lapping the seat and disc assembling without disturbing its initial settings. Including cost of consumables and T&P’s.

Charges for Overhauling of GV / GLV 10 “/150 class, 12”/150, 300 class (CEP to CST @ PRDS floor). Dismantling the valve, cleaning all the parts, Checking the seating surfaces. Lapping the gate/seat & flap/disc for perfect blue matching. Reassembling the valves with new self sealing ring and bonnet gaskets and gland packing rings. Including consumables and hire charges of T&P’s.
