Including consumables and T&P's.

Overhauling of actuators (K60,K150,K300 & K600) by removing the actuators from Condensate lines and Exaction line and completely dismantling of centre column, worm & worm wheel auto/manual clutch mechanism along with yoke, limit switch transmission drive shaft, motor switch mechanism and complete inspection, cleaning of individual components rectification of defects if any found in clutch, centre column, spring washer other components, changing of damaged centre column oil seal limit switch drive, shaft oil seal ‘o’ rings motor ‘o’ring, reassembling of all the components, setting limit switch, including of oil drains and topping up, reassembling the same after rectification/reconditioning valve and actuators, checking the Manual/Remote operations of the valve with actuators. Charges for Removal of studs in HP heater water box manhole door and positioning the man hole door trolley over the working platform, removal of manhole door and partition plate manhole door and inspection. Including cost of consumables and T&P’s.
