Quarrying, collecting and supplying hard granite stone boulders of 15cm to 30cm in size, free from weathered skin surface and other deleterious materials dry packing for slope protection works in river embankments including surface packing in all heights and depths including filling the interstices with small stones, wedging and hammering etc. including cost, conveyance, royalty, labour cess, taxes and transportation of all materials of approved quality with uniform colour and texture from approved quarry with all leads, lifts, delifts etc. and all other incidental charges with quality control tests required to complete the work as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Sand filling in road embankment, foundation or road trenches etc. quarrying, collecting, supplying good quality river sand as per clause No.401.4 and Section 2100 of MORT & H specification for road and bridge works (4th revision) laying in 15 cm (6'') thick layers watering to complete saturation & well rammed and dressed to proper grade and camber including cost, conveyance, royalties, EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials, all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge

Quarrying, collecting, supplying and stacking of good quality of moorum and sand in regular box heap size of 1.50m X 1.50m X 0.50m to be measured as one cum and admixing moorum and sand in (60 : 40) proportion and laying in sub-base of road in layers not exceeding 100 mm thick with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess including hire charges of T&P ,materials required for the work, watering and rolling with smooth wheeled roller, hire and running charges of machineries and quality control test etc.Complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Quarrying, Carrying, & Supplying Stone Boulders and Labour charges for laying Boulder at pitching etc. from quarry site selected by the Engineer-in-charge to the site of work including cost of materials, loading unloading and carriage including all incidental charges like royalty complete as per direction of the engineer-in -charge (Quarry bed belongs to BL & LRO Deptt. Govt. of W.B) Boulder for Pitching 20 Kg and above size bouldera) For Forest area Royalty including entry fee and TP fee : Rs. 178.33 per Cum (b) For Non-Forest area Royalty : Rs.106.00 per Cum Royalty( including other charges wherever applicable) certificates in original from competent authority are to be submitted along with the bill, otherwise amount due towards Royalty ( including other chargeswherever applicable, but excluding GST) will be deducted from the bills of works . }

Quarrying, Carrying & Supplying river bed materials from quarry site selected by the Engineer-in-charge to the site of work including cost of materials, loading unloading stacking and carriage including all incidental charges like royalty and labour charges for laying river bed materials with all leads and lifts in slope, base of apron, on the road surface and dressing the exposed faces and laying uniformly including preparing bed with earth upto 30 cm, where necessary and compacting as per direction of the engineer-in -charge. (Quarry bed belongs to BL & LRO Deptt. Govt. of W.B) N.B.The construction wing is to add royalty and other related fees at the presently prescribed rates for forest and nonforest area as stated below to arive at the total rate at quarry site till such rates are modified by the Forest Department and Department of Industry, Commerce & Enterprises, Government of West Bengal. Item No12 :- Taking trial bore (Core Bore Sampling) byCallyx machine with TCT/NX bits to gatherundisturbed strata samples for investigationin all types of strata, soft soil, murum, hardmurum with boulders, soft rock, hard rock andquartzite, etc. The item includes all hire and running cost of Callyx machine, conveying allmaterials to site of work excluding conveyance of callyx machine and back sampling all overburden strata in glass jar and core samples serially numbered at site in a wooden corebox, samples to be taken at 1.0 M interval and conveying to the place as directed byEngineer-in-charge. The diameter of bore in overburden shall be 100 mm and of NX size(50 mm) in other strata. The item shall also include M.S. casing pipe of 2.5 mm thick platein overburden only and shall be 1.0 M above GL with cap over it.
