Construction of tube well 100 meter & above in all types of rock by DTH System & over burden to accommodate casing pipe of following sizes in all types of soils and overburden including lowering of casing pipes but excluding cost of casing pipe as per IS:2800 (Part – I & II ) 1979 specfications. The work would be completed after obtaining sand free water. The tube-well should have a through out bore as per nomial dia of casing pipe 200 mm dia nominal bore.

Drilling bores of 115mm dia as per IS: 2800-1979 from bottom of overburden to required depth in conglomerate, collapsible strata and rocky formations complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge/ Hydrogeologist.

The work includes the cost of lowering of casing pipe, but excludes the cost of casing pipe. Nominal bore 250 mm dia.

Regular Cleaning and upkeeping of all ROW area of roads including sweeping of road carriageway, jungle clearance & dressing of roadsides by Mechanised/manual means with all T&P, labour etc. The scope of work shall include : a) Cleaning/sweeping of road carriageway by mechanical/manual meansb) Clearing of jungle/vegetation from roadsides &lifting, removal and disposal of waste/dust/earth collected by cleaning/sweeping from roadside area (complete RoW) by engaging wheelbarrow / trolly as per requirement of site.c) Dressing of roadsides by mechanical/manual means & removal of unsuitable soil, overburden etc. complete ensuring that proper slope towards the storm water drain from road carpet as well as plot boundary is maintained so that there is no accumulation of water in RoW.d) Any other work related to maintaining cleanliness in RoW and as directed by engineer-in-charge complete in all respect as per the scope of work and directions of EIC.e) Clearing / cleaning of the dust/ garbage bins on regular basis is to be executed by the contractor. f) The Transportation of the garbage / unsuitable soil / malba etc. is to be handled with all due care to a suitable ultimate disposal site or outside the Industrial area with all lead and lift by the contractor at his own level as per the direction of Engineer in charge.All works are to be executed as per the scope and direction of Engineer in charge.

Labour charges for cleaning the full right of way (ROW) of road length of about 11.50 kms,(27.50 Hect.ROW Area) on daily basis excluding drain at Industrial Area Mandore. The scope of work consists of:a. Leveling/dressing of berm portion including jungle clearance, removal of rubbish etc between carpet edge & drain & the area between drain & boundary of plots i.e. upto full width of ROW in required camber & grade so as to drain off the water from road portion to drain inlets easily. The removal of overburden shall be done mechanically/manually as per site condition to the full satisfaction of engineer-in – charge including all cost of T & P with all consumables.The contractor will be bound to follow the Rules & Regulations/Orders of NGT,RSPCB etc as applicable from time to time.b. Cleaning of paved shoulder/footpath wherever provided including removal of grass/any other foreign matter and cleaning of chutes.c. Transportation of excavated/scrapped material/Garbage/rubbish from the site outside the industrial area.d. Cleaning of carpet area in all respect including removal of dust, foreign material i.e loose/deposited, jungle clearance, garbage, litter polythene bags etc. manually or mechanically as per site conditions .e. Removing all the hoardings, banners posters etc on regular basis. f. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to restrict the entrepreneurs not to dump the waste material on road/ROW falling on the roads given in G-Schedule & name of plant/factory is to be reported to engineer-in – charge so as to take action against the defaulter entrepreneurs as per RIICO rules. g. If any type of the excavated /broomed/scraped material or any other foreign material is seen lying on the road included in the work order for more than Three days, then after Three days a penalty as per Terms & Conditions shall be deducted from the bill. h. It shall be sole responsibility of the contractor to remove the dead animal/Skeleton from the road portion (included in work order) on same day so as avoid any type of infection from the area concerned. i. The contractor shall maintain a register to get the feedback regarding cleanliness done on respective road & respective entrepreneurs established on that particular roads & same is to be got countersigned from the engineer-in-charge at regular intervals as mutually decided. The above said work is to be carried on the roads as per enclosed Annexure A.
