Inspection and rectification of ALSTOM make Substation Automation System installed at 132KV S/S Rasulabad. The following works are including for healthy SCADA communication. (a) Replacing the defective armourd optical fiber cable and splicing it if required any anywhere in the Ring, Replacing the defective FO multimod ST-ST port patch cords, Checking & Rectifying the healthiness of LIUs and its communicating ports, Checking the healthiness of IEC 61850-7 Ethernet switches, Replacing the defective CAT-5/LAN cables and checking its healthiness, Re-installation of old backup to SCADA, Checking the healthiness of all protection relay's communication to SCADA, Checking of all required events, alarms, numericals datas, status and signals to SCADA from various bays & feeders, Checking the SLD of S/S to SCADA screen, . installation of new window and DS agile ALSTOM automation software , and reinstalling the old backup in HMI. At the time of rectification all requred materials and computer parts and scada license key, activation key, old sas backup, and software CD will be arranged by contractor without extra charges.

One time installation charge including Integration charges with the Existing Infrastructure of One fully dedicated and seperate (includnig all used component) line with Single Mode OFC Media only and should be laid through Aerial/Underground outside & suitable fire retardant conduit inside the building premises as per direction engineer-in-charge. Service provider must have a Underground ISP Laynig Backbone at Kolkata and necessary certificate / undertaking has to provide. Minimum Accessories Required to Complete the Installation as per site requirement: a) Last-mile connectivity should be optical fiber cable only. b) 01no x 10G Base SR Multi/Single Mode modular and field replaceable SFP module for Existing Firewall FortiGate 501E FG-501E, (SFP Module has to be Same OEM as Existing Firewall). c) 01no x LC Type LIU configuration with 10Gb Duplex Single-mode 9/125 OS2 or Multi-Mode 50/125 OM3 LSZH Armoured Fiber Patch Cable, LC-LC as per sites requirements - 3 MTR. Accessories including MUX, Router, Network Switchs or other accessories required as per site requirement. Any Asset Recovery is subject to the availability of permission from the concerned Govt.
