Painting of existing outdoor cubical pedestal with red paint after removing the rust from the pedestal. The cubical pedestal shall be painted with one coat of primer and two coat of superior quality of red paint as approved by Engineer-in- charge of the work.

M & L for removal of existing old painted surface and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic exterior emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre & excellent protection against UV, Alkali & Fungal resistance, exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied at 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surfaces upto tripple storey with fully utomatic airless spray machine of paint application having an electric motor of min 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per min having pressure 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hours to dry the surface of both coat of paint to achieve excellent application with 5 years perfomance warranty from manufacturers and instruction complete using limited man power including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures for upto triple storey buildings, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of existing painted/unpainted surfaces on Runway, PTT, Links, ORPs, Trg Helipad, N & S loop (painting lines, dashes, arrows, threshold, touchdown point, degination letters etc) of pavements with compressed air blower 50 to 90 PSI, coir, wire brushes or suitable mechanical means to remove all loose dirt, dust, grease spots or any foreign materials etc, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying a coat of water based (water thinable) acrylic road marking paint (Black/white/golden yellow) as per Colour codes (Golden Yellow ISC 356, Traffic white RAL 9016, Pasteal Orange RAL 2003 & Graphite Black Ral 5004) the approved shade and pattern with black colour, border strips on either sides of other colours marking, complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(i) The Black strips on either side of other colour paint line, arrows letter, dashes shall be measured combined width wise for the purpose of calculating the area of painting. (ii) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of supply and fixing of masking tape to protect pavement surface for spilled out of paint and removal & disposal of the same from MOD land. (iii) Site availability shall be as per User's /site requirement. (iv) Rate including from any aircraft coming and stoppage of work in a day.

M&L finishing walls on newly prepared surfaces with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 Itr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed.including scafolding up to G+3 story bldg, etc complete.complete

Hiring of JCB Machine (in good working condition) for leveling and dressing ground / 20 dismantling structures including disposal of debris through dumpers etc. with contractor's labour, JCB machine, machine operator, fuel, etc. The contractor shall arrange road permit for vehicle for all the States of operation, as per instructions of engineer in-charge and vehicle shall not be more than three years old. Payment shall be made for actual working hours at site.
