M&L for preparation of old painted wooden and wood based surfaces of any description exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (premium quality) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note:- (i) After painting works, cleaning of all floors, glass and furniture by own arrangement (ii) No works of this item shall be executed within Defects Liability Period of old contract.(iii) Original purchase voucher of the item shall be submitted by the contractor to Engineer-in-Charge before taking any payment.)

Painting or vanishing on iron works in small areas or new wood work with two coat of ready mixed priming paint & two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Paint to be used should confirm to the I.S.I No. 103 1950 M.S.Gate
