(A) Hiring of a fiber diesel motorboat—including operator, helper, and flood rescue equipment—on a rental basis as required; diesel and oil to be supplied by the department.(B) Rental rate for inspection vehicle (Bolero or equivalent) including driver – (as required) (fuel to be provided by the department) (C) Electric generator set(s) as required, including fuel and operator (D) Under the 'Other/Miscellaneous' head: immediate contingent tasks required by the administration, such as videography, etc. (E) Arrangements for external electricity connections, electricity bills, fans, bulbs, etc., in two temporary camps for approximately 25 NDRF/SDRF and Home Guard personnel for a period of four months. (F) Gauge Station (2 Nos.) Operation & Maintenance, Khalghat, including Reader - 1 No. x 2 Skilled Labourer per day for 4 months - 2x2x4= 16 Months (Rate less than Shramikyuh rate will not be acceptable) (G) 2. Repair and painting work of gauge stations (H) Vehicles (Tractors, Eicher, and other loading vehicles/pickups) on a rental basis – 2 tractors, 1 Eicher, and 1 other loading pickup vehicle per camp per month – 2 camps × 2 vehicles × 4 months = 16 vehicle-months (fuel to be supplied by the department) (I) Supply of animal fodder (chaff) for the livestock of herders affected (or likely to be affected) by floods in villages along the Narmada river—covering approximately 500 animals at a rate of 10 kg per animal per day for about 5 days.

OD120082/2025-2026:Art Work painting like scenery,picture,letter,cartoons etc using synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give best perfection to the pictures over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 m2 etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface by complete removal of existing treatment, washing, rubbing, stopping etc and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including applying one or more coat of wall care putty to a smooth surface including making good any undulations on the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) Painting work shall be carried out acoording to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS (b) Sanding of surfaces shall be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by the Paint manufacturer

Painting to KM stones with synthetic enamel paint (Two coats) including cost of Paint, conveyance to site and labour charges for all operations viz., cleaning, washing, painting etc., complete for finished item of work including painting letters and figures of size upto 10cm with best Synthetic enamel paint on KM stones and village name pedestals including cost of paint, brushes and all labour charges for painting lthe letters neatly line marking etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the departmental officers in charge of the work.SS-1207 & 1212
