Fabrication and erection of neutral earthing L Type support made of G.I. Channel size 100x50mm. Structure shall be 4 Mtr. Long with 1 Mtr. Arms. Structure shall be grouted in ratio 1:3:6 in block size 300x300x700mm and painted of welding joint with one coat of Ready Mixed primer and Two coat of enamel Aluminium paint work includes connecting neutral bushing rod of power Transformer and G.I. Earthing strip with the help of flexible copper bond, G.I. Bolt and washer.

Painting or varnishing work in small areas or new wood work with one coat (upto one square metre of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint or varnish including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used ISI marked.

Painting to KM stones Synthetic Enamel Paint over primary coat of cement primer (total Three coats) including cost of Paintt, conveyance to site and labour charges for all operations viz., cleaning, washing, painting etc., complete for finished item of work including painting letters and figures of size upto 10cm with best Synthetic enamel paint on KM stones and village name pedestals including cost of paint, brushes and all labour charges for painting lthe letters neatly line marking etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the departmental officers in charge of the work..SS 1207 & 1212

Providing and fixing welded mesh/expanded metal mesh 25 mmx 25 mm x 3mm in frame work, flat iron beading 20x3mm including top cross laps inside and out sides welding, iron bolts, crews, clips etc. including two coat of red oxide and two coat of enamel paint or more required complete with frame work with 50 X 50 X 6mm angle iron post 30 cm in ground embeded in cement concrete 1:3:6 (30X30X45cm) at corner and every three mtr including painting with one coat of primer and two coat of enamel paint work will be done as per direction of engineer incharge of size complete in all respect. .

Providing and Applying Primer and Weatherproof Paint to Exterior Surfaces (Building) This item includes the preparation and application of 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of weatherproof paint in the approved shade((off-white with blue bands)) to the exterior surfaces of the building. The work involves thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescence, and other contaminants that could affect paint adhesion. After cleaning, a coat of primer is applied, followed by two coats of weatherproof paint, ensuring a durable and uniform finish. The work will be carried out in accordance with MoRTH Clause 800, CPWD specifications, and the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The final price includes the cost of all materials (primer, weatherproof paint), labor for surface preparation, cleaning, application of primer and paint, transportation of materials to the site, overheads, profit, and any required machinery for application.
