M&L for two coats of cement base wall care putty in two coats @ 1Kg/Sqm (0.5Kg in each coat) on new plastered surface of wall/ceiling as preparatory work to painting including cleaning surface before application of putty and necessary rubbing of puttied surface with appropriate size of sand paper so as to make the surface truly smooth, free from all dirt/ dust and made ready to receive the finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.
