Painting Works Tenders

Supplying, fitting and fixing G.I. pipes of TATA make with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads, fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accesories, specials. Payment for painting will be made seperately) (A) For Exposed Work. (c) (ii) 25 mm dia. medium quality.

Note for item No. 1 to 5 :- The work for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same :- (i) All painting works shall be got executed through original materials manufacturing company or their authorised applicators as approved by GE and contractor should submitt MOU with the manufacturing company or their authorised applicators before execution of work and entire work shall be executed with the approved firm. (ii) The Contractor shall upload with the documents under cover I "Memoradum of Understanding" (MOU) with at least one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be laible to be rejected. (iii) Contractor shall give guarantee from OEM of 5 years for effectiveness of painting carried out by them from the certified date of completion of work. (iv) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90(zero point nine zero) ltr/10 sqm (ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @0.75(zero point seven five) ltr/10 sqm (ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
