Spray painting with one or more coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand, manufacturer and colour to give an even shade in the linear continuous grills and diffusers of assorted size. pertaining to HVAC system provided in the Terminal Buildings, including cleaning the surface, applying two or more coats of primer wherever necessary including removing, shifting of installations from existing site to a suitable site for painting where ever required.

Repair/replacement of damaged portions of Buffer Tank at NAS Plant including fabrication, welding and painting as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material: MS Thickness:8-12mm Plate height (to be repaired/replaced):100-200mm

Supply, fabrication and erection of steel members to replace existing corroded members of built up section made up of MS plate, angles, channels of different thickness and sizes including painting with one coat of ready mix paint Zinc Chromate priming to IS:104 followed by one coat of ready mix paint red-oxide Zinc Chrome priming paint to IS:2074. Structural steel should 1 conform to IS:2062 E250- Grade'B0'. Fabrication and erection to be as per existing design initially by bolts and nuts and finally by rivetting during the sanctioned traffic block. Rate includes cutting of new steel work, removal of rivets by drilling, dismantling of any existing members required for inserting fabricated members, fixing of new fabricated built up members with all tools, plants, labour, consumables, machinery and accessories etc. Work will be executed as per IRS:B 1-2001. Note: Painting shall be paid extra under relevant item.

Providing, fabricating, painting, transporting, erecting structural steel members in buildings and workshops as per specification and approved shop drawings . Work under this item would generally cover all structural steelwork in the Buildings, including but not being limited to columns, stanchions, beams, rafters, purlins, runners for cladding, gantry girders, brackets, hangers/ suspenders, I runner beams for under slung cranes, bracings, etc. Work to include all intermediate stages of activities not defined herein, but otherwise implied for total completion of work. Cost to include but not be limited to, all materials including wastage, all consumables, fasteners of all types for both temporary and permanent stages of work, all temporary stays, labour, temporary works including staging, scaffolding, tools, plant and equipment, and, costs of all incidentals and necessary testing of material, workmanship etc including cost of painting as per specifications with all leads & lift at all levels. NOTE: 1. Measurement will be on actual weight basis 2. Rate includes cost of providing, fabricating and supplying Hot - Dip Galvanized Holding Down Bolts including all assemblies and accessories that are required to be embedded in concrete work. Bolts shall be of sufficient length to ensure that a minimum 40mm length of threaded portion is embedded in concrete. Threaded portion to be left projecting outside the concrete surface shall be as per approved drawing. Cost of fabricated, assembled and supplied Bolts shall include all necessary expenses incurred , including costs of all washers, nuts, lock nuts and pins that may be required for securing the structural member with the embedded bolts. Work of actual fastening of the structural components with the embedded bolts shall have to be carried out by the supplier of the steel structure.

Painting New Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
