Rain water Harvesting Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and constructing Rain water Harvesting Pit of the following size with precast R.C.C rings, with 1st class KB brick work in CM (1:4) from bottom to top, 12mm thick Cement Plaster (1:4) with punning inside wall and Cement flush pointing at the outside of the wall over masonry brick work, packing Sand at Bottom and gravel at top in the rear of well steining for filteration of rain water, RCC cover slab in CC (1:1.5:3) using 12mm HG chips, fitted with iron lifting handles including earthwork in open well excavation in all kinds of soil and painting the iron works, watering, curing, conveyance of all materials to work site, payment of royalty, taxes etc all complete as per approved specification and direction of the E.I.C.

Painting two coats of enamel paint in all floors to new iron work over a coat of primer including sand papering,polishing the surface,including cost conveyance royalties and all taxes of all materials alongwith T&P required for the work including cost of paint & primer complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Painting standard type gauge with black, red and white un-washable paints including cost of material

Fabrication & supply, painting of FRP Nutsche filter of 2000 ltr capacity Details as per Sl No 1 in BOQ

Repairing, testing, painting

Note:-S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, pinning, screwing nailing,wedging, glueing, providing hinges,applying putty to level the surface, placing every part in-tact and polishing the disturbed portion & Scratching the entire wooden pallets ,filling putty to the bore holes making surface smooth by scratching it with sand emery paper, the Wooden furniture shall be french polished with high gloss finish shade as approved by Engineer In charge,after properly cleaned and smoothened the surface.Painting the steel disturbed portion & painting steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of existing shade with spray gun & apply red oxide primer where ever required after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper. Top shall be 18 mm thick pre-laminated particle board both side laminated, duly fixed with half round teak wood beading in matching shade with synthetic adhesive. All kind of work will be executed where the furniture exist in different user Units of GE Rangia including BSO's Furniture Yard at Rangia, and office hours only as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note applicable for item Srl No-1.01 to 17.04).
