100.00 crossings , including cutting rail to required length varying from 1.00M to 1.50M , drilling holes, providing hooks & links / rings with necessary locking arrangements to fix emergency chain, leading the rail pieces from nominated station / mid section from nearest depot to site of work, erecting the rail post by making the pit of size as required and filling with CC 1:3:6 mix with 40mm aggregates and painting the rail post with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, with contractor's materials, labour, paint, all lead and lifts, etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: (1) Rails & chain will be supplied by Railways. (2) Excavation and concrete work for foundation will be paid under relevant item.

(k) Authorised applicator of the company with trained painters will only be allowed to execute the work and the applicator will submit the experience certificate from the company. (l) Material will be kept in the custody of MES rep and will be issued to the authorised applicator as per requirement (m) Packing material/empty Buckets will not be handed over to the contractor and will be destroyed after completion of work through convening order by concerned Engr-in-charge and copy be fwd to GE office (n) Buildings will be handed over to the contractor in a phased manner and subsequently to the authorised applicator only after completion of civil work like plastering/repairing as required. Please note this point before quoting the bid as no extension of time shall be grants for the same. (o) Stage passing register will be properly maintained (p) Preparation of plastered or unplastered surface or removal of existing treatment by scrapping of walls, chajjas, cilings, fins, facias etc. shall be done using mechanical sander with internal dust extraction system for clean environment (q) All priming/painting work will be done by mechanical sprayer only (r) All rates quoted will be inclusive of all scaffolding as and when required. (s) The contractor shall submit manufacturer generated 05 years warranty card for each building during submission of RAR and Final Bill (t) Any deterioration during the warranty period will be rectified by the manufacturer without any financial effect. (u) A guaranty amount @ 10% will be kept as reserve till completion of warranty period and will be released thereafter.

Material and Labour for complete removal of existing surfaces including washing / rubbing down with water of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper/emulsion over coat of alkali resistant primer including chalk whiting over 2 coat of birla wall care putty and including necessary scaffoldings as reqd etc Smart painting work carried through manufacturer as per PS clause . complete all as specified and directed . (Make :- Interion grade acrylic emulsion shall be of the make : Asian paints "Premium Emulsion", Nerolac Paints "Beauty Gold Acrylic Emulsion, ICI Dulux "Super Smooth Acrylic Emulsion, Berger " Rangoli Acrylic Emulsion/ Equivalent).
