M&L Complete removal of existing treatment of external surfaces of wall including removing fungus /algae dirt, oil, grease and loose particles by wire brush, cleaning, washing and removing dust. Cracks less than 2 mm, should be cleaned free of dust with a vacuum cleaner, etc and applying two coats of apex ultima weather proof paint over a coat of apex ultima primer as per manufacturers instructions including preparation of surfaces and allow it to dry before taking up the two coats,etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Unit rate quoted shall include for necessary scaffolding, trestles, ladders & cradles required for execution of the work and protective works etc. (ii) The rate of application of primer and two coats shall be as per manufacturers instructions. (iii) A time gap of eight hours shall be maintained between the application of primer and each coat . (iv) Application of primer and paint shall be done by an authorised applicator of the paint. (v) Necessary spreading and removing coverings to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes and cleaning of the doors/windows and floors after carrying out painting shall be made by the contractor. (vi) The contractor shall deposit full quantity of weather proof paint to the user unit calculated based on coverage as per manufacturer's instructions before starting of paint work. The paint shall be issued to the contractor by user unit as per weekly requirement.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture ( ASAIN/NEROLAC/ICI-DULUX ) complete upto floor all level including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
