Wall Painting and Writing Work including preparation of surface i.e. cleaning, putty etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Painting New Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : (a) One or more coats on old work

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ (at the rate of) 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (zero point nine zero litre per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @ (at the rate of) 0.75 ltr/10 sqm (zero point seven five litre per ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
