Sweeping, cleaning, swabbing & maintenance Per (House Keeping) of at Badarpur Training Center & Day Sub-Ordinate Rest House. The work involves of providing habitable conditions to the entire Rest House & Training Center, cleaning of inside, outside of Rest House & Training Center, all rooms, kitchen, lounges, verandah, store, dinning hall, circulating area, entire surrounding area including lawn & any other rooms or structure attached to Rest House & Training Center, keeping cleanliness of walls of rooms, ceiling, doors, windows, ventilators glasses upto all heights, sun sheds etc. carrying/bringing of luggage coming to or going out of Rest House upto the last gate of Rest House, dusting of all furniture, doors, windows, floor/wall tiles and any other articles in the Rest House & Training Center complete in all respect, and the person on duty should be in proper and cleaned dresses preferably in uniform with proper name badge to be supplied by the contractor as directed by Engineer in charge or his authorized representative. The rate includes cost of all labour, materials for washing, cleaning, dustings mentioned above, all tools & plants like vacuum cleaner, phool Jharu, plastic brush, steel brush, room freshener, baygon spray, bath soap, colin or similar product mosquito repellent and any other materials required as per site condition & disposing off the rubbish outside of Rest House & Training center complex as nominated by SSE/Works or ADEN with full satisfaction of the Engineer or his authorized representative. (2 labour per day) (Quantity= 2*365*2 = 1460). Total 1100986.00

For Sweeping General Road For Sweeping commercial Road Cost of one Push Cart considering life of the Push Cart 3 Years Expenditure towards cost of one Push Cart per day Rs.5400/(3X365) Total expenditure towards push cart 227.00 x 4.93 = 1119.11
