600.00 Posts of size 1.15 x 0.50 x 0.075 m in RCC 1:2:4 mix, engraving letters and leading to work spot, fixing in position with CC 1:3:6 concrete duly making pits of size as required, painting the post, writing the letters on both sides of the post with 2 coats of enamel paint of approved quality to the Railways drawings/IRPWM with contractor's materials, cement, steel, labour, tools, plant, with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge. Item No.3:-Providing & supplying air valve as per IS 14845/2000 &MJP's standard specification of approved make & quality of following diametres including all taxes (central & local) ,Railway freight , inspection charges ,unloading from railway wagons, loading into truck,transportation upto departmental stores/ site unloading & staking etc complete.

Valve operation i.e.closing & opening of Each/month valves timely and maintenance of valves at different valve station round the clock including cleaning and dewatering of valve area gland packing of valves with railway materials, closing and opening of valves in proper way and proper time under the super vision of Railway representative. Note :(i) The operation of valve shall be done at exact time as fixed by the Engineer-in- charge or his authorized representative under strict supervision of railway representative. (ii) Contractor has to report to SSE/Works office every day at the time schedule fixed by the SSE/Works. (iii) In case of failure to operate/maintain the valve an amount equal to double the schedule rate shall be deducted from contractor bill. (iv) The contractor will operate the valve in safe manner without the damage to valve /pump/pipe etc in case of damage due to wrongly operation of valve the amount incurred in repairing the same shall be deducted from contractors bill. The valve operation includes all valve whether may be raising or may be distribution irrespective of nos of valve. (Note: rate is payable for operation of valves of per tank per month and operation of valve related with each tank may be for any number of times in day.
