Development of Architectural drawings for Sqm elevation of buildings and layouts for space planning as per approved railway plans/ drawings, furnishing specifications, design for interior/exterior arrangements including colour scheme in the rooms and land scaping wherever required for any new/existing buildings and providing hard copies of drawings as required with all contractor labour, material, tools, plants, stationary, transportation, taxes etc. and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

FOR RAILWAY CROSSING ON BG/MG/NG

Supply and fixing of 110 lb rail pole conforming to Indian Railway specification and fixing on Transformer plinth including the cost of all labour, materials, equipment fixing bolts, base plates etc. but excluding the cost of excavation, concrete,reinforcement, shuttering and guide angles as per specification and approved drawings (top of rail shall flush with top of concrete) complete as approved and directed by the Engineer in - charge at site.

"Providing assistance to IOCL to obtain permission from land/RoU owing agencies like NHAI, Indian Railways and any other government agencies who maintains the public lands. This rates are not applicable for Private lands i.e. Apartments etc. Permissions required f rom various authorities like NHAI / SH/PWD/Railways / Irrigation (Canal) etc. falling enroute shall be inclusi ve in the item rate. "
