M&L for Providing, laying and installation of 450 mm dia MS Pipe by Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) method below existing railway crossing complete as per approved alignment and specification. 1. The work includes site survey, route marking, pilot drilling, enlarging/reaming of bore hole and pulling of MS pipe through HDD method complete. 2. Including all required labour, skilled/unskilled manpower, HDD operators, welders, fitters, supervisors and technical staff for satisfactory completion of work. 3. Including deployment of HDD drilling machine, hydraulic system, drilling rods, reamers, tracking system, welding machine, generator, crane, excavator and all necessary Tools & Plants (T&P). 4. Including supply and consumption of diesel, lubricants, water, electricity, bentonite slurry/drilling fluid and all other consumables required during HDD operation. 5. Including excavation of launching and receiving pits, dewatering, shoring, dressing and disposal of surplus excavated material complete. 6. Including cutting, edge preparation, welding, jointing, alignment, lowering and testing of MS pipe complete in all respects. 7 .Including all safety precautions such as barricading, reflective caution boards, warning lights, flagmen, PPE kits, fire safety arrangements and railway safety protection measures during execution of work. 8. The work shall be executed carefully without disturbing railway track, railway traffic, nearby structures and underground utilities/services. 9. Including protection of existing pipelines, cables, drains and other utilities encountered during execution of HDD crossing work. 10. Including anti-corrosion coating, wrapping and touch-up painting of welded joints/damaged portions wherever required. 11. Including cleaning of drilling slurry, removal of debris, restoration of site and making good the affected area after completion of work. 12. Complete work including all lead, lift, loading, unloading, carriage, handling charges, incidental expenses, contractor’s overheads. 13. The entire work shall be carried out as per relevant railway safety standards, departmental specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. 14. This unit price include all necessary excavation work at both ends for HDD.

Lifting and transportation of Legacy/mix garbage from different location along railway track in the area under Najafgarh zone by deploying required manpower and machineries i.e. Labours, loaders, trucks, Tata 407,Tractor Trolley etc. and transportation of the waste and disposal at Okhla Sanitary landfill site complete as per requirement in the area for a period of 90 days with total weight to be lifted is 2500 MT. The payment shall be made on tonnage basis as per SLF records.
