Consultancy services (i) Submission of detailed Tender Documents including technical specifications, BOQ, Tender Drawings (floor plans and site plan), submission of Master Layout Drawign showing under ground water/ Electric Cables / OFC/ Telephone lines / sewage linebreak down details of each quantity and Take off Sheets & Rate Analysis of each and every item cratered in the BOQ in the excel sheet supported with latest market quotations keeping in mind the List of approved makes and all Scope of work as defined at Para 2 and Part 3 of Tender Enquiry, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Submission of 03 (Three) sets of working drawings in A2/A1 size consisting of detailed architectural, structural (duly approved by any independent 3rd party design consultant/ agency of repute or Govt. Engineering College/ an Engineering College of good standing as approved by CCE(R&D)East). Schematic layout and distribution network for all services including water supply, electrification, duly proof checked by the approved agency on pro-rata basis. (iii) Consultancy services for detailed planning, engineering and design of entire project, utilities & external services including preparation of PSMBs, PRBs, Road Register, Level Register and Fan Meter Register & all completion documents and Design certificate, as-built drawings (A2/A1 size), reproducible prints including master plan etc., complete.

Earth work in excavatin by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed earth to be leveled and nearly dressed. For All kind of soil, (For connecting tube-well to distribution network) (a) 10 x 0.30 x 0.90 = 2.7 cum (For under ground laying of HDPE pipe for cable from tube-well to panel protection box. (b) 10 x 0.30 x 0.90 = 2.7 cum (For making concrete block around casing pipe of 175 mm diameter). (c) 0.45 x 0.45 x 0.45 - 0.785 x 0.45 x 0.175 x 0.175 = 0.0802 cum (For construction of sluice valve chamber of 23 cm thick wall of internal size 0.90 m x 0.60 m) (d) 1.36 m x 1.06 m x 0.2 cm = 0.288 cum 2no.(2.7+2.7+0.0802+0.288=5.76) 1*5.76= 5.76

Maintenance of pipelines irrespective of size & material which includes Repairing of Bursts & leakages pollution control, survey & removal of choking, disconnection of illegal connections, Collection & recording minimum 10 nos. residual chlorine samples during daily supply timings, interconnections and all works related to pipeline network in existing distribution /rising main pipe lines of all sizes by digging out suitable size of pit in soft and loose soil/ hard soil including cutting of Black top, WBM & CC top of road of any size at work site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material to make repair leak proof and then refilling of excavated tench / pit / road shall be done properly i.e after a layer of 20 cm with proper watering and ramming in layers. For entire job contractor will use their own T & P. Contractor with his own resources shall arrange de-watering,JCB & Tractor compressor if any and restore any amenity at his own cost damaged while performing the work in this item. The work includes daily patrolling and repair the leakages within stipulated time and complete maintenance of pipe line network of rising and distribution pipeline network within the scope of work for per km pipe line per month. Jointing material shall be provided by the department.
