Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of conventional type manual fire alarm system in conjunction with proposed downcomer firefighting system, comprising fire alarm control panel (4/8 zone) with inbuilt battery backup, manual call points (break glass type) , electronic hooters/sounders for audible warning, complete with all necessary wiring using 2 core x 1.5 sqmm FRLS copper cable laid in suitable PVC conduit, junction boxes, glands, terminations and interconnections etc. as required.The work also includes providing, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of complete downcomer firefighting pipeline network comprising 100 mm MS pipes of suitable diameters, fittings, flanges, valves, landing valves, hose reels, supports, clamps, painting and all allied accessories required for proper functioning of the systeThe system shall also include provision of jockey pump of suitable capacity with necessary control panel, piping connections and accessories for maintaining required pressure in the firefighting network.The entire system shall be complete and operational in all respects ensuring effective firefighting arrangement, including alarm activation and adequate water distribution through pipeline network, as per CPWD specifications, NBC guidelines and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
