Designing, providing, constructing, hydraulic testing, commissioning and giving satisfactory trials of Integrated Wetland Technology (IWT) BASED SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT (STP)- Designing, providing, constructing, hydraulic testing, commissioning and giving satisfactory trials of Integrated Wetland Technology (IWT) based Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) consisting of Screen chamber, Oil &Grease trap, RCC Primary treatment tanks (including manholes, vent pipes and graded gravel media) and RCC Secondary treatment tanks (SBBR) (including gravel media, PVC sheets, wetland plants, plastic mesh, etc. as required.) tank, RCC intermediate and treated water tank, sludge recirculation pump and pipe network, room for tertiary treatment unit, E&M works for tertiary treatment including associated piping work, internal pathways, wire fencing, etc. complete as turnkey job with all involved civil, electrical and mechanical works inclusive of following items, units as per detailed specifications for civil, electrical and mechanical components with all duties and taxes, etc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-charge. Allied structure shall be constructed as per the provision in appropriate and relevant standards and design guidelines of respective authorities. Providing and fixing in position Gypsum board false ceiling with 12.5 mm thick Gypsum boards, screwed/fixed to the under structure of suspended G.I. Grid constructed and suspended from the main ceiling consisting of ceiling sections of size 25 x 50 mm maximum center to center distance of 600 milimetre perimeter channel and intermediate channels at maximum center to center distance 1200 milimetre galvanized grid should be fixed to reinforced cement concrete slab. The gypsum board should be fixed to galvanized iron grid with necessary screws. The boards should be taped and filled from underside to give smooth, seamless ceiling. The rate should include necessary additional ceiling sections and intermediate channels. Additional intermediate channels should be fixed to strap hangers for additional support to prevent strapping at every 1200 milimetre item to be completed in all respect including necessary sleeves for ducts
