Different work to be performed for making water supply from distribution network for One Year at Site ward No. 63 and 64. File No. 149/25x9/1.
REPAIR/MAINT OF STREET LIGHTS, SECURITY LIGHTS, FLOOD LIGHTS, HIGHT MAST LIGHTS JUNCTION BOXES, LT DISTRIBUTION NETWORK INCLUDING UG CABLES, OVERHEAD LINE, LT POLES, LT PANELS AND CONNECTED WORKS OF OTM ACCN ETC AT FARIDKOT MIL STN
Labour only for attending the complaints/Job for interruption/defect in continuity of electric supply in electrical switchgears, LT Panels, feeder pillers, busbars, main switches etc for the following items complete all as specified and directed:- (i) Repairing of MCCB/TPN/SPN/MCB fault of any capacity (ii) Rewiring of LT panel, dressing/insulating exposed busbars & wiring, tightning of all nut bolts of bus bars connecting point etc except incoming and outgoing LT cable (iii)Internal cleaning for dust/spider web complete for smooth functioning of panel (iv) Dressing and insulating of exposed parts of incoming/outgoing LT cable end terminating joint 3.5/4 core of any capacity/type including reconnecting the same to circuit and making of incoming/outgoing feeder detail on cable byusing appropriate stencil and colour.
REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF LT DISTRIBUTION NETWORK SYSTEM, UNSERVICEABLE LT UG CABLE, LT JOINT FINDING FAULTS, LT EQUIPMENT, CONTROL GEAR, LT PANEL CONNECTED ITEMS INCLUDING LOAD BALANCING OF EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLYS AT NASIRABAD MIL STATION UNDER GE
Cutting unaxious green growth and wild grass, bushes, shrubs by manual labour or by machine at Electrical Installation Premises, around Pole, Electric LT Panel, Bus Bar Chambers, along the boundary Fencing, removing rubbish from the Site of work and deposting where directed not exc. 100 Metre from the starting point, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The Item shall be operated maximum 2 times in the entire period of the Contract and the measurement will be taken every time independently for Payment.
REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF 11 KV HT DISTRIBUTION NETWORK OF MH AREA INCLUDING MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING OF HT BREAKERS TRANSFORMERS VCB RMUS AND APFC PANELS AND ITS CONNECTED WORKS AT MH KHADKI UNDER GE MH AND RH KHADKI
Disconnecting and dismantling the existing indoor type, 11 KV horizontal draw out type VCB trolly of rupturing capacity 250/350 MVA, 630/800 Amps from location and repair /overhauling servicing and carrying out with the following activities as mentioned below complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Inspecting / overhauling servicing of manual / motorised spring drive mechanism by checking mechanism, motor and gear assembly, big gear assembly, stop bolt assembly, main shaft interlocking assembly, closing spring assembly, small cam with screw, motor cut -off limit switch, butter fly switch assembly and apply multi grease lubricant to function smoothly. (ii) Inspecting / overhauling of tripping assembly, earthfault release assembly, tripping coil, auxiliary switch and checking of electrical wiring system. (iii) Inspecting / overhauling /cleaning and inspecting through insulators, vacuum interuptors by carbon cleaner solution and apply dry graphite conductive sealant for electrical contacts to avoid carbon deposits on contact surfaces. (iv) Assembling all items/components parts to the respective postion & testing the breaker with High Voltage(DC) and meggering before and after high voltage test complete. (v) Cleaning all busbar by rubbing and by CRC liquid cleaner. (vi) Spraying two coat of anti track paint on CTs. (vi) Applying insulating boots for busbar and cables. (vii) Supply and fixing all missing nut bolts for panels. (viii) Replacement all rusted nut bolts.
Plinth protection, pathways, other civil works, and assistance to day-to-day operation and maintenance of main WTP, assistance to day-to-day OandM of water distribution network, cleaning of water tanks, and allied works at various places under CWST
Assistance in day-to-day operation & maintenance of Water Treatment Plant and water distribution network at CWS Colony and also at other establishments such as Central Workshop premises, G.M. Office, Central Store, etc. The job includes: (A) Day-to-day assistance in repairing of pumps, valves, pipelines, water supply fittings, etc.; (B) Daily assistance in dozing of alum & bleaching powder; (C) Day-to-day assistance in shifting of various materials regarding water supply system at Water Treatment Plant and also at other places under CWS jurisdiction, as per requirement; (D) Day-to-day assistance in operation of various valves, as & when required; (E) Day-to-day assistance in operation of various pumps, as & when required; (F) Minor excavation works for repairing pipelines etc., as & when required; and (G) Other allied/ related works. Note: (i) All these jobs are to be carried out by the contractor as per instructions of the department; (ii) The contractor has to deploy trained, experienced, and suitable workers for the job. Shift timings & shift-wise deployment shall be as directed by the department and it may change from time-to-time. Providing leaves to the workers is the responsibility of the contractor and the contractor is also required to deploy suitable substitutes for the work. (iii) Daily attendance shall be maintained at the designated place. Each worker is required to carry an ID card of some government authority (aadhaar card, voter's card, driver's licence, PAN card, etc.). (iv) Each worker must be equipped with adequate safety accessories such as washable & reusable face masks (if & when required), gum-boots/ safety shoes, raincoats (depenfing upon season & weather), torchlights (depending upon shift timings), and washable & reusable hand gloves. They shall also be equipped with basic tools & equipment required for the jobs described above, such as phawada, tagadi/ghamela, gaiti, kulhadi, kudali, tools for operating valves, etc. All these accessories & tools are to be provided by the contractor in the rate of this item. (v) Water & electricity required for the work shall be made available by WCL, without any cost to be charged from the contractor.
