Construction of granular sub base (GSB) by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layer with mortor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mixin place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with viberatory roller to achieve the desired density as per clause 401.

Preliminary survey for shifting tower no. 49 and replacing it with Monopole Tower of 132 KV Vrindavan (220)-Sonkh Road & 132 KV Vrindavan (220)-Mathura-II D/C Line between Tower No. 46-51. Due to construction of Mannat Orchid Society at Khamini, Mathura-Goverdhan Road. As per requirement work including spotting of towers, preparation and submission of route map, profile and tower schedule and clearly mentioning minimum clearance from road and other existing electrical Lines as per Electrical safety standard.

75.5.1.1pb:Prime Coat - Low porosity - With Packed Bitumen Rates Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and laying Premixed Seal Coat (Type B) with approved quality sand/grit @ 0.6 m3/ 100 m2 and bitumen binder on thoroughly cleaned black top surface coated with tack coat, including heating and mixing cleaned sand/grit (100 % passing through 2.36 mm sieve and retained on 180 micron sieve) uniformly with bitumen binder, laying and spreading the mix at an uniform rate using suitable means, brushing the surface, if necessary, to ensure uniformity, followed by rolling with power roller including the cost and carriage of binder and aggregates, cost of heating the binder and aggregates and all other incidental charges, cost of fuel and lubricants, including hire charges of machineries, tools & plants required for construction and quality control complete as per Clause 511 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). By Manual Means With Hot Bitumen Binder (@ 6.80 kg / 10 sqm.)
