Construction of Un-reinforced,plain cement concrete pavement M-30 grade over a prepared sub base with 43 grade using brande cement @ 350 kg per cum,coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, spread, compacted finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, admixtures as approved, finishing to lines and grages as per drawing and as per Clause 602 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge Works and as per as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in table 300-2 for embankment construction & Clause 305 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with all labour, T&P, taxes & cess etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees dead or cut earlier stacking serviceable material for reuse or auction within the road land & disposal of all unserviceable material up to a lead of 1000m including removal top 150mm thick organic soil away from the road land as per Clause no. 201 of MoRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works(5th revision) including cost of all labour, Hire Charges of Plants & Machineries, all contingencies, T&P etc required for the work complete in all respect & as per direction of Engineer- in- Charge.

Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying Bituminious concrete with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.2 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smoth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No.507 complete in all respects.) Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge/culvert or at any approved portion of road and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days as per MoRD including cost, conveyance, royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty Cess, taxes & technical specification Clause 1501 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
