Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement as per desing over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M 30 Grade coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceedung 25 mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix desing, laid in approved fixed side frame work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedhes, steel plates including leveling the framework as per drawing), sprading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continious operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints by providing 12mm thick dura board at the specified spacing, applying debonding strips primer, sealant near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction joints admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 But Excluding G.S.T

Construction of Granular Sub Base by providing graded materials , mixing in wet mix plant at OMC , carriage of mixed materials to work site spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface in proper grade and camber , compacting with vibratory power roller to cahieve the desired density including lighting , guarding , barricading including cost of all materials , machinery , tools and plants and cost of quality control complete as per Clause 401 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of MORTH ( 5 th revision ) : Grading I

3.13.1.B:Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work. Ordinary soil - Mechanical Means - (Depth upto 3 m)

Providing and applying primer coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 and requisite quantity on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer using Mechanical means including cost and carriage of bitumen emulsion and all other incidental costs of work complete as per Clause 502 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). For WBM / WMM Surface: (with primer @ 0.850 kg/sqm)

Prime coat Providing and applying primer coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade (S.S-1 Packed Type) conforming to IS: 8887-1978 and requisite quantity on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer using Mechanical means including cost and carriage of bitumen emulsion and all other incidental costs of work complete as per Clause 502 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i) For WBM / WMM Surface: (with primer @ 0.85 kg/m2) (Mode of measurement: on the basis of finished surface area in sq.m).
