1. Dismantling of damaged of Pan No.6 Vapour line with bend and Pan No.5 vertical portion 3 meter length and lead to Scrap yard. 2. Fabrication and Erection of Pan No.6 Vapour line with bend and Pan No.5 vertical portion by 12mm MS plate. 3. Providing of stiffener at inside of the tank if necessary. 4. During erection if any existing Pipe lines, supports, platform, valves and nipple taping removal involves, contractor should repositioning the same without any extra cost. 5. Providing of supports, outlet, inlet nipples and valves. 6. Hydraulic test shall be taken for leak proof. 7. The Approximate weight of the contract work will be around 7.00 MT approximate. Old worn out Crown Pinion (Scrap) will be provided by the Mills to party. Party will quote seprate rate on per kg. basis. Final weight of old material will be considered as per SCSM weighment scale at the time of dispatch of material
