Note:- (i) Design shall be done as per latest IS code, latest MNRE guidelines and as specified in tender. Design shall be vetted by Minisry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) approved firms eligible for making of DPR of Solar Project. String Combination box, ACDB, DCDB, overall inverter and transformer etc Capacity shall not be less than the installed capacity of panels. Panel minimum Capacity shall be 545 Wp & efficiency not less than 20% conforming to standard applicable as per MNRE. Capacity Utilization Factor (CUF) of solar plant as per MNRE guidelines at Energy meter level shall be approved by the department at the time of design approval. (ii) Solar Modules and solar cells therein should be of make Made in India and complying DCR norms(Domestic content requirement). The contractor will have to submit company declaration in the format, to be provided by GE at the time of request for approval of sample/Make for modules. Supply, Installation & Erection of suitable height as directed by engineer-in- charge module mounting structure with required accessories for panel mounting [ Material : Hot - dip galvanized mild steel (minimum 80um zinc coating ] suitable for 45 KW roof top solar power plant. Column & Rafters with digging, cementing and panel laying, (STADD PRO - 180KMPH WIND), structure standard for solar panels. Structure shall be mounted using RCC/ PCC blocks. MS mounting structures may be used for mounting of solarpanels . Each structure should have angle of inclination as per site conditions to make maximum insolaltion. Including structure with suitable ladder, walkway & including water pipelines, fittings, Jet Valves & pump of suitable capacity with electric cable and connection complete for cleaning of solar panels with accessories Structure must have MS Chequered plate, 600mm width, load capacity 150 Kg/m2 & Ladder. GI /MS, 450mm width with handrails. It has to follow IS safety standards
