Solar Panel Mono/ >500Wp or higher to make Total Capacity of 500KWp (15KWp Hybrid + 485KWp On-grid) Grid connected SVP. The panels should be as MNRE Approved (Mono-perc / by-facial). Along with the Module Mounting Structure. ( Refer SBD for Scope of work) and Smart Meter.

Voltage : 320V (three phase), Current rating : 15A Max, Pump Head : 100 meter, Wattage range 7500+5% variation, RPM : 2850, outlet 1.5"/2.0" inch, Discharge : 10000-13000 LPH. (b) 7.5KW Solar PV Module (not less rhan 540 WTP ), Monoperc PV Module (ALMM approved). (c) 7.5 KW/HP Solar pump hybrid controller, VFD/MPPT Technology base, including powder coated Junction box, MCB & Misc Boxes as required at site.Make : Sunlight or equivalent approved by MNRE, Model : 7.5HP/5.59KW, Current rating : 16 Amp, Voltage : 380V (3 phase), Inbuilt MPPT, should have inbuilt displace, Protection : should have dry run protection, overload protection, Low load voltage, Cloudy weather safety protection, Reverse polarity protection, short circuit protection, open circuit protection. (d) GI/MS frames/structure for fixing solar panel i.e 7.5KW PV Module with MC4 Connector including Nuts, Bolts/J hooks etc. Note :1. The SPV as per IEC and MNRE standards should be in synchronisation with the Water Pumping System Capacity is normally in the range of 7.5 KW. SPV Array should be mounted on a suitable structure with a provision of tracking the sun. 2. The rate is inclusive of transportation cost upto partapur, Ladakh. 3. The cost is inclusive of PCC 1:2:4, B1 type. 4. The cost is inclusive of Loading/unloading charges. 5.The cost is inclusive of 6 Sqmm, 2 core copper cables for connecting PV panels to MPPT/Controller, Junction boxes, MCB boxes and 6"x6" cable trays upto solar pump and Panel to controller 6. The rate is inclusive of fabrication of structure and Earthing , lightning protection and engineer/labour charges.
