CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDING FOR ECHS POLYCLINIC TYPE D AT SHERGARH (NON MILITARY STATION) UNDER GE (ARMY) NO. 02 JODHPUR
Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 10 kWp grid-connected rooftop solar PV system utilizing 144-cell Bifacial Mono Crystalline Half-Cut PERC modules rated at 545 Wp per module, coupled with a 10 kWp string inverter for high-efficiency energy conversion. The system includes a robust galvanized iron mounting structure designed to optimize sunlight exposure and withstand wind speeds up to 150 km/h. Additional components include high-quality DC and AC cables, DC and AC distribution boxes with surge protection devices, copper-bonded earthing, lightning arrestors, and ISI-marked UPVC conduits for cable routing. The setup integrates an internet-based remote monitoring system and bi-directional net metering to enable seamless energy management and monitoring. The project ensures compliance with IEC standards, and commissioning support to promote efficient and reliable solar energy generation for long-term sustainability, complete as per below specifications:

1. Comprehensive AMC for Fuel Cell Based Hybrid Power Augmentation System HQ IGAR (N) -06 Nos, HQ IGAR (S)-08, HQ IGAR (East)- 03 Nos and HQ 25 Sector -03 Nos (Total -20 Nos) installed at various COBs. The AMC will comprise of the following works to be executed minimum once a quarter. The cost of the spare parts utilized / replaced are inclusive in the AMC cost and will not be paid separately, unserviceable parts replaced:- (i) Solar panel cleaning. (ii) Battery testing. (iii) Solar structure fasteners tightening. (iv) Checking and testing of Earthing. (v) Testing of solar inverter and maintenance. (vi) Cleaning / Replacement of filters in inverter. (vii) Fuel cell cleaning and maintenance. (viii) Cleaning of Air pumps of Fuel cell. (ix) Cleaning and replacement of service fluid of Fuel cell. (x) Cleaning and replacement of exhaust fan of Fuel cell. (xi) Tube Cleaning of Fuel cell. (xii) Cleaning of terminals of Fuel Cell. (xii) Replacement of small parts (Main Circuit Board, Mixer tank, Reservoir tank, Feeding pump, Dosing pump, Air pump, Exhaust fan, Display, Fluid filter, Stack of fuel cell, MCB, PCB Battery, PCB Battery Charger and Main PCB Card and Display, Inverter, Battery cable connector, Inverter Exhaust Fan, LI-ION battery bank 48V 100AH, Battery Rack, DCDB Box, Array Junction Box and Earthing) (xiii) Cleaning and maintenance of Priority Charge Controller connections. (xiv) Maintenance and replacement of MCB. (xv) Initial and refresher training of the Operators at the COBs for three days in every quarter. (xvi) Replacement of rack/enclosure.
