Supply and Installation of integrated All-in-One Solar LED Street light luminaire consisting of solar panel, battery, PIR Sensor and charger built into the luminaire, with minimum system lumen output of 5000 lumens. System efficacy should be ≥180lm/W. Wattage of luminaire should not exceed 30 W. Luminaire should have minimum panel capacity of 30-40 Wp Mono and LiFe Po4 battery capacity of minimum 12.8V 18AH. AIO luminaire should be with PIR sensor with suitable dimming profile to ensure autonomy of 2nights. The luminaire shall have a specially designed pole mounting piece that enables lateral as well as post top mounting and installation. Luminaire should be IP65 protected, IK 08 impact resistance certified with corrosion proof extruded aluminum housing. LiFePO4 battery should be of minimum 2000 cycle life class. Panel type: Mono Crystalline Panel with solar module efficiency≥17% for faster charging. Charge controller should be MPPT type, dusk to dawn operation. LM80 and LM79 report from 3rd party NABL accredited lab must be submitted along with the bid. The product shall comply to IEC60598-2-3 for Safety of Luminaire for Road and Street Lighting, IEC 62109-1 for Safety of Power Converters used in solar Panel Equipment, IEC 62133 & UL1642 for Safety of Lithium Ferro Phosphate Battery and IEC 61730-1,2 & IEC 61215 for Safety of Solar Panel Module. [32.70.1]Supply Installation testing commissioning of Solar Photovoltaic grid connected roof top Plant conforming to MNRE specifications as amended, consisting of Mono/Poly Crystalline silicon solar cells, net metering facility, necessary protections, earthing, mounted on Aluminium/GI structure of suitable strength with following components complete as required:- (a) Solar Photovoltaic Module manufactured in India, conforming to IS 14286/IEC 61215, IS/IEC 61730-Part-1, IS/IEC 61730-Part-2.
