Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 30 W semi integrated solar street lights (solar LED fixture with inbuilt battery and MPPT charge controller and separate solar panel) made up of aluminium Extrusion housing (Battery charge controller and LED module should be integrated inside luminaries) along with minimum 100Wp monocrystalline panel fixed on the top of pole separately, maintenance free 12.8 V - 24 Ah LiFePo4 battery along with BMS (BIS certification required) with minimum cycle life of 2000 cycles, MPPT charge controller with Efficiency less than 90%. Luminaries should have an intelligent Pre-Programmed dimming profile suitable to provide 2 days backup. Luminaries should have IP-65 for all critical components, IK07 and have lumen output of greater than 4800 lumens /watt) as LM79 from NABL accredited Lab The LED chip used should be of Osram, Lumileds, and should be with lenses for effective light distribution. Solar Panel, MPPT charge controller and luminaries should be manufactured in India only The solar lighting company must have in house NABL accredited lab to justify luminaries system efficacy. Luminaries must have Green & Red indicator lights for showing charging of battery and low battery voltage respectively. Light fixture must also have protection like over charged protection, Deep discharge protection over voltage protection The solar lighting companies must have toll free base service network to provide immediate after sales services networks available in different districts of the state Approved fixing wth suitable pipe and PCC Make- Havells/ Philips/ Bajaj as per approval of Engineer in charge including taking down exisiting solar street light complete all as specified and as directed. comprising following items:- (a) Solar Panel (b) Battery 12 V (c) LED Solar light Note:- fixing pipe and PCC rate will be included in qoted rate.
